Beer Line
If the small beer pipeline has a leak, it needs to be replaced. You will fi nd a spare pipeline
supplied with the device.
1. The small beer pipeline is attached at both ends with a cap
nut both on the device and on the connection piece to the
valve unit. Unscrew both cap nuts.
2. First pull the pipeline away from the device and then from
the connection piece to the valve unit.
3. Plug the spare pipeline onto the connection piece and screw the associated cap nut
onto the thread of the connection piece.
4. Place the other cap nut onto the pipeline.
5. Plug the pipeline onto the connection piece on the device and screw the cap nut tight.
Sealing Ring of the Tapping Sword
• If the connection between the tapping sword and the valve
unit is not sealed, the silicone sealing ring in the tapping
sword needs to be replaced.
1. Remove the tapping sword from the beer keg (see the
"Drawing Beer" chapter, "Removing / Changing the Beer
Keg from the Beer Pump" section) and clean it (see the
"Cleaning" chapter).
2. Unscrew the valve unit from the tapping sword.
3. The silicone sealing ring is now visible in the tapping
sword. Remove it with the aid of a pointed object.
4. Insert the spare sealing ring and screw the tapping sword
tight together with the valve unit.
