What to do if the speed control is inoperable on my Biodex Fitness Equipment?

If the speed control on your Biodex Fitness Equipment is inoperable and the belt isn't moving, first verify the safety lanyard is still attached in its proper location. If the issue persists, contact Biodex Support Services department at 1-800-224-6339 and provide the fault code, because the issue may be related to: communication problems between the upper and lower boards; a control fault (no amplifier); a grade error; motor tach output exceeding the selected speed; or motor tach output falling below the selected speed.
