Syntax: server ip=<ip-addr> [port=<1-65535>] [retry=<0-3>]
This command configures the global default SMTP server.
ip – [mandatory] SMTP server IP address.
port – [mandatory] TCP port.
retry – [optional] specifies how many times to retry if an error occurs when sending email. Range
from 0 to 3. Default is 0.
LE2425A(smtp)##server ip=10.21.1.2 port=25 retry=2
Successfully set global SMTP server configuration
Syntax: smtp <enable|disable>
This enables or disables SMTP alert.
enable/disable – [mandatory] Enables or disables SMTP alert.

20.3 Web: View and Configure SMTP Relay
In the web browser interface:
1. Click on the [Configuration].
2. Click on [SMTP].
3. Click on [EDIT] (Top Screen) to add or edit SMTP Server information.
4. Click on [ADD] (Bottom Screen) to add or edit the Email client and Trap information.
5. After you make the desired changes, click on [OK] button.
6. Click [Save] to save the configuration.
