Touch the empty text fi eld to enter an e-mail
address via the keyboard.
Touch the Save button to save the entry and
return to the Settings menu.
To delete spam addresses,
touch an address in the list, if necessary.
Touch the Delete button to delete the previ-
ously selected address or Clear to delete all
addresses.
Touch the button to exit the
menu.
Additional settings
To restore the factory settings of the e-mail appli-
cation,
touch the symbol in the Settings
menu.
Touch the OK button to confi rm the reset or
Cancel.
To select the display language of the e-mail appli-
cation,
touch the symbol in the Settings
menu.
Touch the desired language in the list (select-
ed: check mark).
Touch the Save button.
Touch the OK button to restart the e-mail
application with the selected language or
Cancel.
To display information about manufacturer and
version of the e-mail application,
touch the symbol in the Settings
menu.
Touch the OK button to hide the information
again.

Using the e-mail function
To select an e-mail folder,
touch the Folder button.
In the menu, touch one of the following
entries:
Inbox: Inbox folder
Draft: Drafts (stored e-mails)
Outbox: For sending e-mail
Sent Box: e-mails that have been sent
Spam: e-mails identifi ed as spam
Trash: Deleted e-mails
The corresponding folder and its content are
displayed.
To open, read, and possibly edit an e-mail,
touch the e-mail twice.
An e-mail in the Inbox folder is opened in the
Read menu. e-mails from other folders are
opened in the Compose menu and can be
edited (see ch. "Editing an e-mail").
If necessary, touch the button to
scroll in this menu.
Touch the button to list the attach-
ments of the e-mail and, if necessary,
to open and save them.
To manage an e-mail,
if necessary, touch the e-mail once to select
it.
Touch the Actions button.
In the menu, touch one of the following
entries:
New: Create an e-mail in the Compose
menu and sent it or save it as a draft (see
ch. Editing an e-mail)
Receive: Receiving e-mails
Delete: Delete a marked e-mail
Delete All: Delete all the e-mails
Sort By: Sort e-mails in the list by Date,
From, Subject or Size (select criterion
and confi rm with OK)
Export: Saving a selected e-mail in a
directory in the Save As dialog
Touch the Quit button to exit the menu.
