Data transfer with memory card
Please read the technical data to fi nd out which
memory cards are compatible with the device.
Loading data onto the memory card
The data can be loaded as usual from a computer
onto a memory card. Alternatively, you can use the
navigation device as card reader by connecting it
with your computer via a USB cable.
Loading data from the memory card to the
memory
Insert the memory card in the device as
described in the chapter "Entertainment".
In the Offi ce menu, open the fi le manager (ch.
"Offi ce function", "File manager").
Move the desired fi les from the memory card
into the corresponding subdirectories in the
"TravelPilot" directory (ch. "Offi ce function",
"File manager").

Data transfer with computer (USB)
Use the supplied USB cable. The device must be
switched off.
Connect the device with your computer using
a USB cable.
Insert the USB plug with the USB sign point-
ing to the rear into the device.
Switch on the device with the On/Off
switch.
The computer recognises the device as an
external data carrier.
Select the device in the Explorer (PC) or Find-
er (Mac).
Open the "TravelPilot" directory.
Move the desired data to the corresponding
subdirectories using drag and drop or copy
and paste.
