Playing recordings
Touch en entry in the Voice Recorder menu.
Touch the button for playback.
Editing recordings
Touch en entry in the Voice Recorder menu.
Touch the Options button to display addition-
al functions.
Touch the symbol to rename the re-
cording.
The keyboard is displayed.
Enter a name and touch OK.

Touch the symbol to delete the re-
cording.
A confi rmation is displayed.
- or -
Touch the symbol to delete all record-
ings.
A confi rmation is displayed.
Touch Yes to delete the recording or record-
ings.
- or -
Touch No to not delete the recordings.
Blocking recordings
If you want to delete the entire list of recordings,
except for a few, you can block one or several re-
cordings. A blocked recording cannot be deleted
or renamed.

Touch the symbol to block the record-
ing (lock closed) or to unblock it (lock
open).

File manager
The fi le manager shows the fi les from the storage
("DataStorage") and, if available, from the mem-
ory card. In the fi le manager, you have access to
the available fi les.
The operation is done via the display - similar to
a computer.
Touch the symbol.
The fi le manager is displayed.
All the data you create with the device are
stored in the internal storage in the "TravelPi-
lot" directory.

Touch the View button to select one of the
settings:
Details: Detailed view
Small Icon: Icon view
Large Icon: Thumbnail view
Touch a fi le (directory or document) twice to
open it.

Touch a fi le to select it.
Touch the Copy button to copy the fi le.

Touch the Cut button to move the fi le.
Touch the Paste button to insert the fi le.
Touch the Delete button to delete the fi le.
