Troubleshooting table
Problem Cause Measure
The device has no or only a very
poor TMC reception.
The internal TMC antenna only
receives a weak TMC.
Connect an external TMC anten-
na to the device.
No TMC station is receivable. TMC is currently available in Aus-
tria, Belgium, Czech Republic,
Denmark, Germany, England,
Finland, France, Italy, Nether-
lands, Norway, Spain, Sweden,
and Switzerland.
The device has no or only a very
poor DVB-T reception.
The internal DVB-T antenna only
receives a weak DVB-T.
Connect an external DVB-T an-
tenna to the device.
Refl ection and shading, e.g. due
to high-rises, tunnels, moun-
tains or heavy foliage.
The DVB-T signals must be freely
receivable. Wait until the recep-
tion is available again.
No station is receivable. DVB-T reception is currently
available in many countries in
Europe and some regions in Asia
and Africa. Inform yourself lo-
cally or on the Internet whether
DVB-T is offered in the respec-
tive region.
The device does not recognise
my memory card.
The memory card is not compat-
ible with this device.
Use compatible memory cards.

The memory card was format-
ted using the wrong fi le system.
Format the memory card with
the fi le system FAT16 or FAT32.
Due to continued technical de-
velopments, Blaupunkt cannot
guarantee the correct function-
ing of memory cards from differ-
ent manufacturers and different
types of cards.
Try a memory card from a differ-
ent manufacturer or with a dif-
ferent capacity.
I cannot establish a connection
to the Internet with a cell phone
connected via Bluetooth.
The cell phone does not support
this function.

When registering the cell phone,
the "DUN" Bluetooth profi le (Di-
alup Networking Profi le) was
not activated.
Reregister the cell phone using
the "DUN" profi le (ch. "Regis-
tering with the navigation de-
vice").
