18a Lower Bearing Order: M6 x 30 Machine Screw, SG20U Bearing (with
hub facing toward the Bearing Washer), Bearing Washer, Plywood,
Eccentric Washer, Eccentric Adjustment Spacer, secured with M6 Lock
Nut. Loosely tighten the Nuts. These will be adjusted and tightened at
a later step.
