During the Deep Recovery process, the recover solenoid is deactivated, high side, and low side inlet solenoids remain
activated. The vacuum pump, compressor, vacuum and deep recover solenoids are activated. The output state of
the oil return and recycle solenoids are controlled to maintain 0 to 207 mbar (3 psi) in the accumulator.
