4.3 Input Modules

Caution
4.3.1 Digital Input Modules
Function The digital input modules are used for converting the external process
signals to the internal signal levels.
Configuration The input modules are available with 16 and 32 channels. For safer op
eration of the controller system, the DC or AC signals from the process
are electrically isolated from the internal logic through the use of op
tocouplers. Each input has an LED for indication of signal status.
LED off −−> Signal status 0"
