  If the PTRZ function on your Bosch Security Camera is not working correctly, it may have lost calibration during transportation. Try resetting the PTR in the user interface to reset the pan, tilt, and roll motors. Also, reset the lens in the user interface to reset the focus and zoom of the lens. If that does not work, please contact your supplier or system integrator, or go directly to Bosch Security Systems customer service.

  The PTRZ function on your Bosch Security Camera might not be working due to a couple of reasons. It's possible that the motors have overheated from prolonged use; if so, pause any lens movement and allow the motors to cool down. If that doesn't resolve the issue, it could be that camera parts are out of place or broken due to transportation, please contact your supplier or system integrator, or go directly to Bosch Security Systems customer service.
