6. 1.1 Switching differential (hysteresis) setti ngs
The heat pump switches to heating mode or cooling mode at specific
temperatures. To reduce the number of times that the heat pump has to
switch operating mode, a switching differential can be assigned to the
limit values in the menu On/Off-hysteresis . This specifies by how many
degrees and for how long the actual measured value has to exceed or fall
below the limit value before the operating mode in question is activated
(for A/W split only) .

6.1.2 Settings for the heati ng pumps
The circulation heating pump in the appliance conveys the heated water
from the condenser to the DHW cylinder, a buffer cylinder or directly to
the heating system . If there are more than one heat pump installed. you
will need to choose between heat pump 1 and heat pump 2.
The heating pump is in operation when the compressor is running . When the compressor is off , the pump is also
off .

The 4 external connections (for A/W split only number 1 and 4 are
available) are configured in this menu. To change the settings for an
external connection, the menu for the external connection must be
opened first. It is possible to make multiple settings at the same time,
e.g. setting Block DHW operation and Block heating mode to On at the
same time . Depending on the system design, you will need to choose
between heat pump 1 and heat pump 2.
The EVU blocking time1 on ( .. . 3) menu items are only
available in the External connecti on 1 menu.
If the Externa l connection 1 > EVU block i ng ti me 1
on ( ... 3) menu item is setto "On", the smart grid function
is activated automatically for external connection 4 and
the Externa l connection 4 menu can no longer be set
