Conference: You can speak to two parties simultaneously .
Y
ou can put one of the conference partners temporarily on hold if you wish to speak
to the other partner separately .

alking to two parties simultaneously (Conference)
Y ou are talking to someone. Initiate the
refer-back using the “Refer-back” key.
Enter the number of the second conference
party.
Y ou can initiate the conference as soon as
your are connected to both parties.
Select the menu item “Conference”. Y ou
can speak to both parties simultaneously .
The conference is shown on the display .
All parties involved can speak to each
other directly

Speaking to one conference party only
Select the menu item “Interchange users”
to display the desired conference partner
.
Press the “Refer-back” key.
Y
ou can now speak to the specified party
alone. The other partner is on hold.
