Activate call metering for chargeable calls.
Call diversion: You can divert calls to other phones within your system.
Depending on the system, you can also divert calls to an external line.
Y
ou can activate or deactivate the call list.
If calls with an external line code which dif
fers from yours are entered in
your call list, this code can automatically be converted into your code using
this function.
First, enter the external line code that is specified with the incoming calls in
your call list.
Now enter the “sending” external code that you normally use for external
calls.
All calls entered in the list are now given your external line code and you
can dial these numbers directly from your call list.
Someone tried to reach you while you were away or on the phone. Y
ou can
display information on the call or dial the respective number immediately
.
The charges incurred for all calls are displayed
(in either currency or charge units).
Code dialing: Y
ou have assigned the “Code dialing” function to a program
-
mable function key
. When you press the respective key, the message “CD”
appears on the screen and you are prompted to enter the desired code dial
number.
Y
ou can display the incurred call charges.
The charges for the last call are displayed.
