16.4 Declaration of incorpora-
tion
in the sense of the EC Machinery Direc-
tive
2006/42/EC, Annex II B
Hereby, the manufacturer
declares that the partly completed machinery
satisfies the following basic requirements of
the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC ac-
cording to the chapter number as per annex I
(see also Table 25 on page 103):
The requirements are complied with provided
that the information in the product docu-
ments (installation instructions, operating in-
structions, documents for project planning
and configuration) are implemented by the
user of the product. Any requirements of
annex I of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/
EC that are not mentioned above are not ap-
plicable and are not relevant for the product.
We moreover declare that the special techni-
cal documents for this partly completed ma-
chinery have been prepared according to
annex VII part B. They will be transmitted
upon the request of the market surveillance
authorities in the form of paper documents /
in electronic form.
