The partly completed machinery may
only be commissioned if it has been de-
termined that the machinery into which
the partly completed machinery is to be
installed corresponds to the provisions
of the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/
EC if applicable according to this direc-
tive.
The following person is authorized to compile
the relevant technical documents:

safety and health protection requirements ac-
cording to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/
EC, Annex I.
