These hand-held nutrunners require that a
suitable output drive be mounted first.
Tools required:
• Hook spanner with DIN 1810 shape B
hinge, outer nut diameter
35-60 mm, pin diameter 4 mm
 Fit the output drive onto the nutrunner
body in the desired position.
 Screw on the union nut. Ensure that the
union nut will not cant.
 Tighten the union nut using a suitable
tool, e.g. a hook spanner.
While doing so, fix the output drive in po-
sition using appropriate means.
6.2 Adjusting the angle head
ESA/ CC-ESA (see Fig. A)
Tools required:
• Hook spanner with DIN 1810 shape B
hinge, outer nut diameter
35-60 mm, pin diameter 4 mm
• Assembly aid ESWM 3 608 876 473
 Clamp the assembly aid 20 into a vise or
the like.
 Unscrew the union nut 4 using the hook
spanner 21. While doing so, hold the as-
sembly aid 20 to the flange 3 of the angle
head as counterweight.
 Remove the angle head 2 and refit it in
the desired position.
 Screw on the union nut 4. Ensure that the
union nut will not cant.
 Tighten the union nut 4 with the torque
according to Table 7. While doing so,
hold the assembly aid 20 to the flange 3
of the angle head as counterweight.
