6.3 Attachment to a mount-
ing plate
The steps required for fastening the
ErgoSpin/CC-ErgoSpin hand-held nutrunner
to a mounting plate to be produced by the
customer depend on the output drive that is
to be used.
ESA/ ESV/ CC-ESA/ CC-ESV with angle
head (see Fig. B)
When using an ErgoSpin/CC-ErgoSpin
hand-held nutrunner with angle head, pro-
ceed as follows:
Attach the adapter for handling devices
13.
Screw the adapter for handling devices
13 to the mounting plate.
ESV/ CC-ESV with straight output drive
When using an ErgoSpin/CC-ErgoSpin
hand-held nutrunner with straight output
drive, proceed as follows:
Fasten the straight output drive together
with the mounting plate and the output
drive adapter.
ESV/ CC-ESV with offset output drive
When using an ErgoSpin/CC-ErgoSpin
hand-held nutrunner with offset output drive,
proceed as follows:
Screw the offset output drive to the
mounting plate from below on the side of
the output drive.
Do not utilize the spring travel of
the respective output drive com-
pletely; and do not move the out-
put drive to block.
CAUTION
Tmax T = I x F
Damage to property!
If adapter 13 for handling devices is
used on the hand-held nutrunner, the
torque T, which results from shearing
force F on the tool over length l of the
tool, must not exceed the maximum
torque permissible according to Table
8.
