Maintenance and repair
For cleaning ErgoSpin/CC-ErgoSpin
hand-held nutrunners and their compo-
nents, use the LOCTITE® 7063™ deter-
gent, see the manufacturer's information
below.
9.2 Inspection
We recommend including the ErgoSpin/
CC-ErgoSpin hand-held nutrunner in the
user-specific quality manual.
9.3 Maintenance schedule
We recommend having the threads of the
plugs on the connecting cables re-greased
by qualified experts every time they have
completed the maintenance-free number of
plugging cycles.
Clean the threads of the union
tightenings using a soft cloth.
Lubricate the threads with a small amount
of grease (approx. 1 drop).
Grease required: Liqui Moly paste S1.
9.4 Maintenance
ErgoSpin/ CC-ErgoSpin
The hand-held nutrunners have undergone
fatigue testing for one million tightening cy-
cles (2-level tightening process where nuts
are tightened using the maximum torque) and
they are maintenance-free.
Output drives
The output drives of the ErgoSpin/
CC-ErgoSpin hand-held nutrunners have un-
dergone fatigue testing for one million tight-
ening cycles (2-level tightening process
where nuts are tightened using the maximum
torque) and they are maintenance-free. To in-
crease the operating life of the output drives,
we recommend preventive maintenance by
Bosch Rexroth AG in Murrhardt, Germany,
after these cycles have been completed.
