WARNING
System/machine under pressure!
Danger tolife orrisk ofinjury, severe bodily injury when working onmachines
which have not been put toastandstill! Property damage!
Switch off therelevant machine/system part and secure itagainst reactivation
according tothe parameters bythemachine/system manufacturer.
Ensure that all relevant components ofthehydraulic system are depressurized.
For this purpose, observe theparameters indicated bythemachine/system
manufacturer.
Please note that thehydraulic system might still be pressurized event after
separation from theactual pressure supply.
Do not disconnect any line connections, ports orcomponents aslong
asthehydraulic system isunder pressure.
Escaping hydraulic fluid mist!
Risk ofexplosion and fire hazard, health hazard, risk ofenvironmental pollution!
Depressurize therelevant machine/system component and repair theleak.
Only perform welding work when the machine isdepressurized.
Keep open flames and ignition sources away from the control block.
If control blocks are located inthe vicinity ofignition sources orpowerful
thermal radiators, ashield must beerected toensure any escaping hydraulic
fluid cannot beignited, and toprotect hose lines from premature aging.
Electrical voltage!
Danger tolife orrisk ofinjury due toelectric shock orproperty damage!
Always disconnect the voltage supply tothe relevant machine/system
part before installing the product and/or connecting ordisconnecting the
connector.
Protect themachine/system against being re-energized.
Limitation ofthecontrol function!
Risk ofinjury orproperty damage!
Under certain circumstances, moving parts incontrol equipment (e.g.control
spool) can get stuck inan undefined position due tocontamination (e.g.impure
hydraulic fluid, abrasion orresidual dirt from components). As aresult,
the activated consumer does nolonger respond correctly tothe operator’s
specifications.
Secure the machine against rolling away and accidental movements according
tothe specifications ofthe machine manufacturer.
Comply with the prescribed cleanliness level ofthe hydraulic fluid
inaccordance with the datasheet.
Faulty power supply!
Danger tolife orrisk ofinjury due touncontrolled valve settings! These settings
can lead to unexpected behavior of the control block.
Always connect the ground connection ofthe control block with the
corresponding grounding system ofyour installation.
Only use apower supply unit with asecure disconnection facility. Observe the
country-specific specifications.
