6. Service menu for RTM 430 i The chapters described below all relate to the service program 1 687 000 661
(service software RTM). The interconnecting cable 1 684 463 389 is required for
connecting the equipment.
! Always follow the information on screen.
Connection of the equipment
The software version, the checksum, the RTM operating mode and the DIP switch
settings are displayed in the menu items after you enter the Service menu.
For example:
i You may see message Error in the RTM mode field after the self-test of the RTM
430. In this case, read out the contents of the error memory in the Read errors
menu. After reading out the contents of the error memory, the RTM 430 is set to
Standby mode and the errors can be processed if necessary.
