UPS
• Discharge the battery by unplugging the mains power from the wall
outlet while the system is running.
• Wait until the system shuts down (max. five minutes).
• Plug in mains power and turn system on again.
• Repeat this process until the system shuts down immediately after
unplugging mains power and system emits a long beep followed by
short beeps. The battery is now empty.
• Fully charge battery by plugging in the system and switching on the
mains power switch for two or more hours.
To optimize battery lifetime of the UPS it is recommended to fully discharge the battery
once every three months.
