5. Slowly OPEN pressure regulating
valve. When no pressure is present in
the cooking well, push down on cover
handle then OPEN cover. Push cover
assembly toward the rear of the unit.
6. Insert basket lifter into guide on food
basket. Lift basket out of the oil and
set onto basket rest located in middle
rear inside of cooking well.
7. Allow surface oil to drain off product.
Empty product into a pan with drain
rack or trivet then hold chicken at
150° F for two hours maximum.
