      If the Broaster Commercial Food Equipment display doesn't respond when touched, it means the screen isn't calibrated. To fix this, turn off the unit, place your finger on the screen and hold it while turning the unit back on. Touch the small box in the upper left corner until it moves to the upper right corner, then touch it again until it moves to the lower left corner, then touch it again until it disappears. The controller will then reboot.
