• Replace the toner cartridge with a new one.
Step Cause Remedy

New toner actuator loose
(If replace the new toner, “TONER
ENDED” does not disappear.)
Re-assemble the new toner actuator

Install the used toner to printer
(If replace the new toner, “TONER
ENDED” does not disappear.)
Reset the develop roller counter.
3 Main PCB failure Replace the main PCB ASSY.
User Check
• Install the toner cartridge.
Step Cause Remedy

Dirt on the electrodes of the drum
unit and the printer body
Clean the electrodes of the drum unit and
printer body. (Refer to Fig. 2-8, Fig. 2-9.)

Harness connection failure of high
voltage power supply PCB
Check the harness connection of high
voltage power supply PCB and reconnect it.

High voltage power supply PCB
ASSY failure
Replace the high voltage power supply
PCB ASSY.
4 Main PCB failure Replace the main PCB ASSY.
User Check
• Prepare a new drum unit.
User Check
• Clean the corona wire in the drum unit.
• Replace the drum unit with a new one, and reset the drum counter.
Step Cause Remedy

Replace the high voltage power supply
