SMART MATRIX WINDINGFEEDER Error Messages
During the normal operation, the SMART MATRIX display will show CONTROL OK!.
In case of errors or failure, the CONTROL OK! indication will be replaced by a message which summarizes
the type of error or failure occurred.
More precisely, two error screens will be shown alternatively containing the error detail (e.g. E-2 ERROR)
and the number of WINDINGFEEDER device where the error occurred (e.g. FEEDER001).
When all the connected WINDINGFEEDER devices are stationary, the CONTROL OK! message is replaced
by CONTROL STOP ->.
The error and failure messages can be classified as follows:
Errors detected by the SMART MATRIX WINDINGFEEDER power-on self-diagnostic
Error on EEPROM of SMART MATRIX terminal
Error on RAM of SMART MATRIX terminal
Error on internal communication bus of SMART MATRIX terminal
Errors detected on WINDINGFEEDER devices during normal operation
Communication error between SMART MATRIX terminal and a WINDINGFEEDER
device.
Excessive current absorption by a Windingfeeder device.
Error E-2 on a Windingfeeder device.
Error E-3 on a Windingfeeder device.
Tension Error on a Windingfeeder device.
Excessive temperature on the electronic board of a Windingfeeder device.
