Device Configuration and Numbering
This function allows you to univocally identify each WINDINGFEEDER device connected.
Enter the SETUP menu
Select IDENTIFY.
Set the number of connected WINDINGFEEDER devices
[1..240] (e.g. 16 devices).

SAVE to save the settings
• The example shown here indicates that the numbering
procedure of the 16 WINDINGFEEDER devices is
going to start.
• The red LEDs of all TS44 tension sensors start flashing
and the LEDs of Control, Enter and Reset buttons
toggle (red and green). In addition, the display of all
WINDINGFEEDER devices shows the IDENTIFY
FEEDER message.
• Press Enter on the First WINDINGFEEDER device and
check that:
a) The LED of tension sensor turns off and the LEDs
of Control, Enter and Reset buttons remain steady
green.
b) The display of numbered device shows the
assigned number.
c) The CURRENT field on SMART MATRIX terminal
increases by 1.
• Repeat the above procedure for all connected
WINDINGFEEDER devices.
At the end of the numbering operation, the configuration
menu will re-appear.
