Setting Rear Shock Compression
Damping
1. Remove seat. See 2.38 SEAT.
2. See Figure 1-33. In order to access the rear shock com-
pression adjuster pull back the left rear corner of the
rider seat.
3. See Figure 1-34. Using a screwdriver, turn the slotted
dial clockwise until it stops. This is the maximum com-
pression damping setting.
4. Then turn the dial counterclockwise the recommended
amount specified in Table 1-10.
5. Install seat. See 2.38 SEAT.
