GENERAL
Tachometer
A Code 35 will set if the PK tachometer wire is shorted to
power or ground.

Diagnostic Notes
The reference numbers below correlate with the circled num-
bers on the Code 35 flow chart.
1. Connect BREAKOUT BOX (Part No. HD-42682) to ECM.
See 4.6 BREAKOUT BOX.
2. Replace instrument module. See 7.18 INSTRUMENT
MODULE.
