You have purchased a product that is durable and
easy to service.
However, all technical equipment requires regular
servicing in order to guarantee optimal functionality.
The operator must perform a visual check and
backwashtheltertoguaranteefunctionalityand
fullthewarrantyconditions.
According to DIN EN 806-5, the filter must be
checkedfor leaks anddirt every sixmonths and
backwashed at regular intervals, which may depend
on operating conditions but must be no longer than
sixmonths.
Wearing parts must also be replaced within the
prescribed maintenance intervals in order to ensure
functionalityandfullthewarrantyconditions.
The BWTafter-sales service sta or an installer
authorised by BWT must carry out the following
maintenance work regularly.

agreement with your installer or the after-sales
service team.

cloth; do not use any solvents, detergents or acid
cleaners.

quoting the equipment type and the PNR = pro-
duction number (see technical data or rating plate
onequipment).
