The steering wheel should reliably be turned.
Tire, wheel
The tire pressures should match specified values.
The tires and wheels should not have any crack,
damage, nor unbalances.
Metal pieces, stones or foreign matter should not
be caught in tire grooves.
There should be neither looseness of nor missing
wheel bolts and hub nuts.
There should not be any rattles, irregular noises,
or overheating in the wheel bearings.
