! 7 Conformity of the product
The instrument has the CE-mark in accordance with the Directive 89/336/CEE and
successive modications and integrations. Each modication that alters the design and
construction characteristics of the instrument and not expressly authorised by cdR S.r.l.
will cancel the conformity and consequently the right of use.
Use of the instrument that is not described by this document is considered. cdR S.r.l.
will not be held responsible for damage caused by not respecting the
technical specications described herein and by the improper use of the
instrument or biological products. See chapter 6.3 for the Declaration of
conformity.
