Repairs, Upgrades, and Evaluaons
CAUTION: Do not aempt to repair the RT4 yourself. This acon voids the
warranty.
Informaon about repairs, upgrades, and evaluaons is located on our
website at www.junipersys.com/support then Repairs. You can locate a
repair center, submit a repair order, check repair status, view terms and
condions, get shipping instrucons, and view lead mes.
Before returning a unit, please get permission by subming a repair order
from our website and waing for conrmaon or by contacng a repair
center directly. Be prepared to provide the following informaon:
• The product serial number. Informaon about your RT4 is shown
when you go to the Start menu and select Device Info. The serial
number is located inside the baery compartment as well.
Note: Before opening the baery door and removing the baery, see
the proper procedure in Chapter 2, Power Management.
• Name and shipping address of company/university/agency.
• Best contact method (phone, fax, email, cell/mobile).
• Clear, highly-detailed descripon of the repair or upgrade.
• Credit card/purchase order number and billing address (for a repair or
upgrade that is not covered by the standard warranty or an extended
warranty policy).
System Informaon for your RT4
You might be asked to provide addional informaon about your RT4 when
you contact a repair center. To view informaon like the operang system
edion, OS build and serial number, go to the Start Menu and select Device
Info. You can nd addional informaon under Acon Center and select All
Sengs > System > About.
