Use the designated radius and thickness.
Use the minimum pipe length.
Secure the pipe supports.
When using vertical pipes, install an oil trap for every 10m of the gas pipe.
Minimize the height difference between the indoor/outdoor unit and do not exceed
permitted limit.
Pay special attention to pipe management. Wrap the end of pipe with caps or tapes
to prevent entry of alien substances such as dust or water.
When it passes through a wall, tightly seal the end of pipes.
When you place the pipe directly on the ground, do not let the pipe end touch the
ground.
After making a flare at the pipe, remove burrs by directing the pipe end downward.
Pay special attention when working on pipes on rainy days.
Do not install unnecessary traps to prevent stagnant
oil and refrigerant in the suction pipe. When the pipe
passes through the wall, do not follow the dotted line
shown on the right. Instead, follow the solid line,
making sure the pipe remains at a downward angle.
Insufficient refrigerant can degrade the recovery of
oil.
The refrigerant pipe design greatly affects the performance. Poor installation can cause
malfunctions.
