Chat
To chat with Internet Messenger users:
1. From idle mode, press the Center Select Key [MENU], select
Messaging, then press the Center Select Key [OK]. Select Chat
and then press the Center Select Key [OK].
The browser launches.
2. Select one of the displayed chat rooms, then press the Center
Select Key.
3. To chat with Internet Messenger users, follow the on-screen
prompts.
Message Settings
To configure message settings:
1. From idle mode, press the Center Select Key [MENU], select
Messaging, then press the Center Select Key [OK]. Press the Left
Soft Key [Settings].
2. You can set options for the following settings:
Messages View: Select By Time or By Contact. Selecting the
By Time option will display all messages in the Inbox sorted by
message reception time. Selecting the By Contact option will group
together all messages sent to and received By Contact. By Contact
is the default setting.
Entry Mode: Select the default input method. (T9 Word/Abc/
ABC/123/Palabra)
Auto Save Sent: Selecting On automatically saves the sent text
messages in the Sent folder. (On/Off/Prompt)
Auto Erase Inbox: Selecting On automatically erases the read/
unlocked received messages when the storage capacity reaches
the limit. (On/Off)
