SPORTS PROGRAMS
Warm up/Short and Long:
Prepares the muscle for exercise.
Recovery:
Improves circulation and elimination of lactic acid after a
workout.
Active recovery:
Increases the ability to regain muscular capacity after training or

Maximum force:
For strength training and developing muscle mass.
