9.5. WHEEL DEMOUNTING
9.5.aMOUNTINGHEADQUICKCHANGEDEVICE(optional-g.21)
Patented system integrated inside the hexagonal vertical arm which allows changing
mounting heads in seconds without reducing the original machine working capacity
(370 mm).
To change the head, loosen the mounting head hexagonal locking screw using the standard
supplied short wrench, pull the head down, mount the other head and tighten the hexagonal
screw using the standard supplied wrench. For a correct functioning of the device, take care
there are no plays between head and hexagonal bar.
9.5.b
TOOL HEAD POSITIONING
Take the horizontal arm into the operating position (Fig. 22)
- Lower the vertical arm until the tool head touches the upper rim edge.
- Adjust the opening of the horizontal arm using the handwheel (B, Fig. 22a) to create
the distance of about 2 mm between the tool head and the rim (B, Fig. 21a).
- Lock the vertical arm using the lever (A, Fig. 22).
