6.3.2 Deactivating emergency mode
Required master media:
l Emergency-Key
The Emergency-Key must first be authorised for the locking device with which it is to be
used (see "Authorising additional master media" on page111).
Procedure:
1. Hold the locking media before the reading field of the locking device that is in emergency
mode.
After ca. 2 second, the following signal appears:
2x short green
2. Remove the Emergency-Key from the reading field of the locking device.
The emergency mode is now deactivated. To gain access, authorised locking media must now
again be held before the locking device.
Troubleshooting:
Signalling Reason Solution
The Emergency-Key could be read but is
not authorised for this locking device.
Authorise the Emergency-Key.
