INSPECTION SHEET
Check engine oil level.
Check for fluid leaks. Engine oil, power steering,
transmission, axle oil, and coolant.
Check power steering fluid.
Check coolant system level.
Inspect drive belts.
Check belt tensions.
Check cooling fan.
Inspect coolant hose condition.
Inspect condenser fan inlet for debris.
Check transmission fluid level, if applicable.
Visually check battery.
Check washer fluid.
Check windshield wipers.
Check air cleaner restriction indicator.
Check fuel tank.
Check primary filter-water separator.
Check mirrors.
Check headlights (high and low beams).
Check taillights.
Check brake lights.
Check turn signals.
Check 4-way flashers.
Check clearance lights (red on rear, amber elsewhere).
Check red reflectors on rear and amber reflectors
elsewhere.
Check wheel nuts.
Check tire inflation.
Check tire condition.
Check A/C compressor oil level at sight glass.
Check that all compartment doors are shut tight.
Drain air tank.
