OTHER LIMITATIONS
The obligations of CHTC shall not extend beyond the obligations expressly undertaken herein
and CHTC shall have no liability of responsibility to the purchaser of the coach or any third party
for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect or for incidental or consequential damage.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so
the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
