Labor Rate is effective from the Approval Date by CHTC
CHTC’s Limited Warranty states that CHTC will credit to Buyer’s CHTC service account for the
labor cost on the removal and replacement of any defective part(s) that is covered by the
Limited Warranty based on:
(i) the number of hours determined by CHTC to complete the job
(ii) times 125% of the mechanical labor base rate* the Buyer paid at their locale garage at the
rate that’s previously approved by CHTC.
*mechanic labor base rate is the average base rate of labor paid to your local mechanics,
excluding any benefit costs or overhead expenses.

Top Mechanic’s rate: $35.00
Times:
125%
Warranty reimbursement labor rate: $43.75
Third Party Repairs:
The payment at any third party facilities will solely be Buyer’s responsibility. Afterwards please
submit the applicable invoice(s) and any other required documentation to CHTC for review and
approval. Upon approval, CHTC will credit Buyer’s CHTC service account.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Applicable only to HT Series Motorcoaches Manufactured by Jianxi Kama Bus
Co.
This Limited Warranty applies only to new coaches (together with all accessories and equipment
comprising such coach, collectively the “Coach”) manufactured and sold by CHTC for use in the
territorial limits of Canada and the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, excluding Puerto
Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands. This Limited Warranty is not assignable or otherwise
transferable to subsequent owners of the Coach unless CHTC receives either a properly
completed Sale Notification form or other documentation acceptable to CHTC.
Seller warrants for the Warranty Term herein specified that each new Coach, subject to certain
exceptions, exclusions, and conditions noted below, will be free from defects in material and
workmanship. This Limited Warranty applies only to defects discovered during the Warranty Term,
which shall be 24 months or 250,000 miles whichever comes first, from the date of delivery of
the new Coach to Buyer.
The CHTC extended limited warranty applies only to contracts for future delivery of all new CHTC
HT Series motor coaches.
