OWNER LIMITED WARRANTY MANUAL
INTRODUCTION
The information provided in this manual has been prepared by the Warranty Department of
CHTC(USA), Inc. in order to assist you with any warranty questions or problems that may arise.
This manual describes many features of your motor coach and provides a guide to operating
procedures so that you can obtain the best performance possible.
Like all automotive equipment, your motor coach will require care and maintenance to retain its
maximum performance. This manual, along with the specific instructions provided by the leading
appliance manufacturers, is in your Owner’s Information Kit. The Chassis Operator’s Manual
outlines important areas of service and provides a maintenance schedule. Please follow them
carefully to ensure a safe, trouble-free service. Study these instructions carefully. A good
working knowledge of your unit and how to care for it will help you enjoy many miles and years
of use.
It is in the owner and operator’s best interests to review this document carefully and have a clear
knowledge of the coverage and terms and conditions of CHTC’s Limited Warranty before
submitting any claims. If you have any questions or problems in regards to the warranty coverage,

WARRANTY REIMBURSEMENT LABOR RATE
Before your warranty account can be set up, CHTC requires that you submit your current
mechanical labor base rate for CHTC’s approval (and any changes in such rates that may occur
in the future). You should submit your CHTC service account number along with the labor base
rate to which credits are to be applied. In order for us to support your requested labor rate, please
provide related documents such as pay stubs, payroll statements, direct deposit statements, or
any other legal proof of your company’s labor cost for that category of employee. CHTC will make
reasonable efforts to ensure all information that you send to us remains confidential and will not
be used in any other manner except for approval of labor reimbursement. Please send the
