ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The engine and transmission are warranted by their respective manufacturers (Cummins and
Allison) and NOT by CHTC. Since CHTC does not warrant the engine or transmission, the
preferred and suggested method is for you to request assistance from your local authorized
engine or transmission dealer and obtain engine or transmission service under any such
manufacturer’s warranty.
LEGAL REMEDIES
To the extent permitted by law, CHTC disclaims all implied warranties, including the implied
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent such a disclaimer
is not enforceable, all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty. The performance
of repairs is the exclusive remedy under this warranty. No person is authorized to modify this
warranty or to assume any other liability on behalf of CHTC unless this modification is made in
writing and signed by an authorized officer of CHTC. Some states do not allow limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
SUSPENSION OF LIMITED WARRANTY OBLIGATION
CHTC reserves the right to review and audit all warranty related records, including but not limited
to the claims filed, maintenance records, and parts returned. Also, CHTC has the right to suspend
its Limited Warranty obligations if Buyers are not following obligations, including but not limited to
putting Buyer's warranty account aside and withdrawing or revoking Buyer’s access to Technical
Support Center.
