Indicates an alarm condition at
DS1, AIS, DS1 remote,
DS1 OOF, DS3 OOF, DS3 AIS,
or DS3 FERF 1 level.
No alarm condition.
Port is in a loopback state and
not enabled for data traffic.
Port is not in a loopback state.
