version of IOS.
In both cases:
1. Type
Router#show version
2. Verify that the IOS version
is a valid release for the
Cisco 10000 series router.
3. If the version is wrong, get
the most recent IOS image
for the Cisco 10000 series
router.
4. If the version is correct,
Call the Cisco TAC.
