Determine the MAC Address of the Phone
To add phones to the Cisco Unified Communications Manager, you must determine the MAC address of the
phone.
Procedure
Perform one of the following actions:
•
On the phone, access the Settings app, select Phone information > Model information, and look in
the MAC address field.
•
Remove the battery cover and battery from the phone, and look at the label.
•
Display the phone web page and look at the MAC address in the Device information screen.
•
If the phone has already been added to the Cisco Unified Communications Manager, access the Cisco
Unified Communications Manager Administration application, select Device > Phone, search for the
phone, and access the Phone Configuration window.
