• Enter your password if prompted.
Device> enable
Enters global configuration mode on the device.configure terminal

(Optional) Specifies the default remote username.ip ftp username username

(Optional) Specifies the default password.ip ftp password password

Device(config)# ip ftp password adminpassword
(Optional) Exits global configuration mode. This step is
required only if you override the default remote username
or password (see Steps 2 and 3).

Copies the running configuration or startup configuration
file to the specified location on the FTP server.
