• Error description: Paper cannot be ejected or returned by the presenter.
• POWER LED: Lit
• ERROR LED: Blinks twice at short intervals, and blinks twice at long
intervals, repeatedly.
• Recovery condition: Open the platen or remove the cover unit, and eliminate the
cause of the error. Mount the cover unit again and close the
platen.
3) Unrecoverable errors
(1) Memory check error
• Error description: An error at the external RAM memory has been detected by
self-diagnosis of the CPU.
• POWER LED: Blinks at short intervals.
• ERROR LED: Lit
• Recovery condition: This error is not recoverable. However, it will be recovered
when the power is turned off and the cause of the error is
eliminated (by replacing the main PCB, for example).
(2) Low voltage error
• Error description: The Vp voltage supplied to the printer drops.
When this error occurs, immediately turn the power off.
• POWER LED: Lit
• ERROR LED: Blinks three times at short intervals, and blinks once at long
intervals, repeatedly.
• Recovery condition: This error is not recoverable.
However, it will be recovered when the power is turned off and
the Vp voltage is increased to 24 VDC ±10%.
<If the error cannot be reset>
There is a high possibility that the F102 fuse has blown. Check if the power is supplied to
the F102 fuse.
(3) High voltage error
• Error description: The Vp voltage supplied to the printer has risen excessively.
When this error occurs, immediately turn the power off.
• POWER LED: Lit
• ERROR LED: Blinks four times at short intervals, and blinks once at long
intervals, repeatedly.
• Recovery condition: This error is not recoverable.
However, it will be recovered when the power is turned off and
