Operator’s Manual - BSW 28 13
The lifespan of the machine and its maximum operating safety are ensured by correct and regular maintenance.
The following table provides the scheduled maintenance. The intervals shown may vary according to particular working
conditions, which are to be defined by the person in charge of the maintenance.
This Manual describes only the easiest and most common maintenance procedures.

MAINTENANCE
WARNING: All maintenance procedures must be performed by qualified personnel, or by an authorized
Service Center.
WARNING: Maintenance procedures must be performed:
– With the machine switched off
– With the battery disconnected (if required)
– With the battery charger cable disconnected from the electrical mains
Moreover, read carefully the instructions in the Operator's Safety Instructions chapter before
performing any maintenance procedure.

Skirt height and operation check
Dust filter cleaning and integrity check
Hopper gasket check

Drive belt and clutch visual inspection

Motor carbon brush check or replacement

BATTERY CHARGER CABLE INTEGRITY CHECK
Carefully check the battery charger cable (A, Fig. 5) and the
relevant plug (B) for cuts, wear and other damages.
If necessary, have them replaced by Clarke Service Center.
