Check that both Shoulder Harness Straps are
attached to the Metal Harness Plate on the
same loop while ensuring that each Shoulder
Harness Strap is completely inside the slot in
Metal Harness Plate as shown in Figure 39.
Step 4
Reattach Shoulder Harness Access Panel to
back of car seat:
• Align Shoulder Harness Access Panel
with opening in Seat Back Cover and
snap in to position. Lock Access Panel
in place by twisting the Access Panel
Lock clockwise, as shown in Figure 40.
Step 5
If installing this car seat Rear-Facing, store
the Top Tether. See “Top Tether Storage” on
page 89.
